The Academy offers a tennis programme for competing professionals from age 7+. The programme includes tennis, fitness training, psychological skills development, nutritional management, competition and player management. All players have personalised programmes with dedicated coaches, using the latest techniques and technology.

 

Tennis Programme

The Academy provides an annual periodical technical and tactical development programme relative to the individual players competitive programme, game style, physical, medical and nutritional requirements. The player has an annual, monthly, weekly and daily plan, according to technical and tactical development needs. Academy players are technically and tactically profiled and based on this profile, goals are set for 3, 6, and 9-month periods.

 

Fitness Programme

The Academy provides an annual Fitness Programme that is designed relative to the players physical profile, medical status,competitive programme, and the technical and tactical phases of their annual development programme. The players physical development is based on the biological age and not chronicle age.

 

Psychological Skills Programme

As part of the Academy tennis programme, players have sessions designed to deal with specific issues professional tennis players encounter. This is done outside of the academy and as per individual needs.

 

Competition Programme

The Academy provides an annual competition programme based on national and international events: Davis Cup, Fed Cup, European individual and team events, local money tournaments, International Junior ETA and ITF events, ATP, WTA events.The Academy believes that it is very important for the players' coach to be with the player during real time competition.
